Thank you for your interest in our B & B. At this point, we still have rooms available,

I can offer you a rate of $109.00 for a queen size room with a private bath,
and our suites are $119.00 daily. There is a 7% bed & city tax added nightly for
the room. If we can help you out in any other way, just give us a call. I will need a
credit card, expiration number and security code to confirm up on your reservation.

We are centrally located for all your site seeing. Book four nights or more before
April 2013, and receive a 10% discount on your upcoming stay with us.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% of your total stay, or the first night's lodging is required to confirm your reservation. The balance
is due upon arrival, payable by cash or credit card. If your plans change, a minimum of 10 days is required for a full refund of your deposit. Less than a 10 day notice will result in a loss of your deposit. There is a $25.00 cancellation
fee for all cancellations.
