Depostit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% of your total stay, or the first night's lodging is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival, payable by cash or credit card. If your plans change, a minimum of 10 days is required for a full refund of your deposit. Less than a 10 day notice will result in a loss of your deposit. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations.

  • Our Standard rates are based on  stays of two or more nights, double occupancy.
  • 2.5 % City Tax, 5% bed tax additional.  For additional guests, add $15 per guest.
  • 10% discount for stays of seven or more nights.
  • Price includes a  self-serve deluxe continental breakfast.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation.
  • A 14 day advance notice is required for a full refund of deposit.  Cancellations within 14 days of stay will forfeit the deposit.
  • Check-in after 4 p.m. ~ Check-out by 11 a.m.
  • Outside smoking only.
  • Please ask for monthly and off-season special rates.
